Adduce Marketing Case Study

rbase (now part of Microgen)

rbase is a specialist services supplier in the Information Technology sector. With 25 staff they deliver a comprehensive range of consulting and managed services centred on the SAP software technology to medium and large sized UK companies across many industries.

Adduce Marketing was contracted to revise the company's marketing collateral and website, so that it better represented rbase's breadth and depth of service delivery.

During a four month period, Adduce Marketing delivered the following :

  • Designed a complete marketing collateral tree to encompass all service areas in a structured and deliverable manner.
  • Created 24 brochures and datasheets covering specific service areas and service offers.
  • Originated 8 Discussion Brief documents that will be used as part of a continuous direct mail campaign to recruit new customers.
  • Wrote a number of customer case studies to support ongoing and future sales campaigns.
  • Updated the company website (over 20 new pages created) in line with the collateral tree approach.
  • Project managed the whole process to deliver improved consistency and to reduce the administrative burden on rbase staff.

"Adduce Marketing came highly recommended by a company that is a partner of ours and lived up to that recommendation. Neil had the experience of both practical marketing and the IT services business to know what was required, and he also had the confidence to develop collateral without falling into the trap of just rewriting other people's words. We were quickly able to agree a way forward and a fixed budget to complete the work. During the document creation process I was kept fully informed of progress and always felt that things were under control. The quality of the results have exceeded our expectations and are making a great difference to how we approach our market. It was a job well done and, in turn, I heartily recommend Adduce Marketing to any small business needing help to grow their customer base."
